Product Introduction
Standard Name: Antiskid Shark Fin Anchor.
Common Names: Anti-slip Shark Fin Sleeve Anchor Bolt, Shark Fin Anchor Bolt, Anti-slip Sleeve Gecko.
Product Definition: A heavy-duty mechanical expansion anchor featuring a special shark-fin (or fish-scale) patterned expansion sleeve. The protruding texture on the sleeve's exterior generates greater interlocking force and friction with concrete borehole walls during expansion installation, delivering exceptional anti-slip and vibration resistance. Ideal for critical fastening applications subjected to dynamic loads or demanding high anti-slip performance.
Key Features of Antiskid Shark Fin Anchor
Shark Fin Anti-slip Structure → The sleeve is shaped like a shark fin (bayonet wings or fin-shaped).
When expanded, the fins engage the hole wall, enhancing anti-slip and pull-out resistance, making it
particularly suitable for vibration environments.
Material and Coating → Commonly made of carbon steel, with a yellow zinc plating (YZP) or zinc
plating (ZP) surface, providing moderate corrosion resistance and an attractive golden-yellow appearance.
Expansion Components → Composed of a tapered nut, shark fin sleeve, bolt, hexagonal nut,
spring washer, and flat washer, distributing force evenly during expansion.
Various Specifications → Diameters M6-M20, lengths 50-200mm, supports loose bolt type.
Advantages → Strong anti-slip grip, vibration resistance and durability, economical and practical,
reliable installation.

Working Principle
Drilling Installation — Drill a hole of matching diameter and depth in the substrate (such as concrete)
and insert the anchor bolt.
Expansion Process — When tightening the bolt, the tapered nut is pulled into the shark fin sleeve, and
the fins expand outward and engage the hole wall, preventing slippage.
Anti-Slip Fixing — The shark fin structure enhances friction and mechanical locking, providing high
pull-out resistance and vibration resistance.
Load Distribution — The expansion force is evenly distributed along the sleeve, generating a strong
clamping force; the principle involves mechanical expansion, frictional grip, and geometric anti-slip.

Product Applications
Steel Structure Engineering — Secures steel beams, supports, or cables to concrete to resist vibration.
Buildings and Infrastructure — Installs gates, stairs, steel ladders, or railings, providing a seismic-resistant
and durable connection.
Industrial Equipment — Secures heavy machinery or pipe supports, suitable for high-vibration
environments.
Outdoor Fixing — Bridge or fence components; zinc plating suitable for light exposure.
General Heavy Duty — Any project requiring anti-slip, high-strength anchoring.
