Product Introduction
Standard Name: Beam Clamp.
Common Names: Beam Clamp, Structural Steel Beam Clamp, Beam Fixture, G-Type Clamp.
Product Definition: A clamping fastener specifically designed to provide non-destructive connection points on steel structures (such as H-beams or I-beams). It secures to the flange of a beam via clamping force generated by bolt tightening, eliminating the need for drilling or welding. This allows for the suspension of pipes, cable trays, ductwork, or other equipment while permitting flexible positional adjustments.
Beam Clamp ZP Key Features
Zinc Plated (ZP) Coating: Provides basic rust protection and a bright silver finish, enhancing corrosion
resistance, suitable for indoor or mildly humid environments.
Clamping Design: U-shaped or C-shaped clamp body with bolts and washers, clamping onto I-beams
or H-beam flanges by tightening the bolts, requiring no drilling or welding.
Material and Strength: Commonly made of carbon steel or cast iron, with a high-strength design to
withstand heavy loads; often features anti-slip teeth or pads for enhanced grip.
Diverse Specifications: Clamping thickness 5-50mm, thread M8-M20, load capacity 500-5000kg.
Advantages: Quick installation, no damage to the beam, adjustable position, economical and practical,
commonly used for pipe support.

Working Principle
Clamping Installation: Place the U-shaped clamp body on the beam flange, and insert the bolt through
the clamp body.
Tightening and Fixing: When the nut is tightened, the bolt pushes the clamp body to firmly grip the beam
edge, generating a strong clamping force.
Load Distribution: The clamping surface evenly distributes pressure, and the anti-slip teeth enhance
friction to prevent slippage; the zinc plating reduces friction and provides corrosion protection.
Position Adjustment: Can be moved along the beam for adjustment; the principle involves frictional
gripping and mechanical interlocking.

Product Applications
Pipe Installation: Fixing water pipes, gas pipes, or ventilation pipes to I-beams/H-beams, providing
stable suspension.
Construction Engineering: Fixing ceiling frames, lighting fixtures, or equipment brackets without welding.
Industrial Plants: Securing conveyor lines, cable trays, or mechanical equipment.
Infrastructure: Auxiliary fixing for warehouse shelving or bridges; zinc plating is suitable for indoor use.
General Support: Any project requiring quick clamping on beams.
