Product Introduction
Standard Name: Sleeve Anchor with Flange Nut Type.
Common Chinese Names: Flange Nut Sleeve Anchor, Flange-Type Expansion Bolt, Sleeve Anchor with Washer Nut.
Product Definition: A sleeve-type mechanical expansion anchor integrating a flange nut. Its distinctive feature is the nut's built-in wide circular or square flange plate. When installed and tightened, the flange provides a larger bearing surface area, evenly distributes the load, effectively prevents surface damage to installation materials (such as thin plates or hollow bricks), and simplifies installation (eliminating the need for additional washers).
Sleeve Anchor Flange Nut Type Key Features
Flange Nut Design: Equipped with an integrated flange hexagonal nut, providing a wide bearing surface,
evenly distributing the load, enhancing anti-loosening and sealing performance, eliminating the need for
additional washers.
Sleeve Expansion Structure: The outer sleeve expands along its length, and the tapered nut expands
evenly when pulled, providing high holding force and pull-out resistance.
Material and Coating: Commonly made of carbon steel, with surface zinc plating (ZP), yellow zinc
plating (YZP), or hot-dip galvanizing (HDG) to provide different corrosion resistance levels.
Various Specifications: Diameter M6-M20, length 50-200mm, suitable for concrete, masonry, and other
substrates.
Advantages: Quick installation, strong holding force, removable, waterproof seal, economical and durable.

Working Principle
Drilling Installation: Drill a hole with a matching diameter and depth in the substrate and insert the
anchor bolt.
Expansion Process: When tightening the flange nut, the tapered nut is pulled into the sleeve,
which expands outwards, gripping the hole wall tightly.
Load Distribution: Pressure is evenly distributed across the flange face, providing high pull-out and
shear strength; the coating reduces friction and provides corrosion protection.
Fixing and Removal: Generates strong clamping force, allowing for easy removal of nuts; the principle
involves mechanical expansion and frictional gripping.

Product Applications
Building Construction: Fixing steel beams, railings, or curtain walls to concrete, providing a leak-proof seal.
Doors and Windows & Frames: Installing door and window frames or brackets; the flange ensures a clean,
flush fit.
Industrial Installations: Fastening equipment bases, pipes, or railings quickly and efficiently.
Infrastructure: Fixing bridges or outdoor structures; the galvanized version is weather-resistant.
General Fixing: Any project requiring waterproof, high-strength anchoring.
