Product Introduction
Standard Name: Pipe Clamp (without rubber inserts).
Common Names: Rubber-free pipe clamp, metal pipe clamp, rigid pipe clamp.
Product Definition: An all-metal pipe clamp without rubber or other soft liners. Specifically designed for securing pipes without special vibration or noise isolation requirements. Generates rigid clamping force directly via bolts, providing a secure mechanical fastening.
Pipe Clamp Without Rubber Key Features
No Rubber Lining: Direct metal-to-pipe contact, without vibration-damping or sound-insulating rubber,
suitable for applications where vibration absorption is not required or the pipe surface is resistant to
metal contact.
Material and Coating: Commonly made of carbon steel, with surface treatments such as zinc plating (ZP),
hot-dip galvanizing (HDG), or plain finish, offering different levels of corrosion resistance; also available
in stainless steel (SS).
Structural Design: Typically U-shaped or double-bolt clamps, with nuts, washers, and base plates,
providing strong clamping force and rigid fixation.
Diverse Specifications: Diameters from DN15-DN600 (1/2"-24"), widths from 20-100mm, supporting
wall-mounting or beam-clamping installation.
Advantages: Stable clamping, low cost, simple installation, and high load capacity, but lacks vibration
damping, which may lead to pipe wear or noise.

Working Principle
Circumferential Installation: The U-shaped or clamp ring surrounds the pipe and is fixed to the wall
or beam.
Bolt Tightening: Tightening the nuts generates a strong radial clamping force, directly pressing against
the pipe surface.
Load Distribution: The metal surface evenly distributes pressure, preventing pipe movement; the coating
provides corrosion protection.
Rigid Fixation: Without rubber cushioning, it transmits vibrations but provides extremely high stability;
the principle involves frictional gripping and mechanical interlocking.

Product Applications
Industrial Piping: Securing high-pressure or high-temperature pipes to steel structures without the
need for vibration damping.
Construction Engineering: Wall/beam clamping of water supply, drainage, or gas pipes, offering a
low-cost solution.
Mechanical Equipment: Fastening stationary pipes or frames, resisting lateral forces.
Infrastructure: Pipe fixation in bridges or tunnels; galvanized versions are resistant to mild exposure.
General Support: Any pipe installation where vibration damping or sound insulation is not required.
